My operative background includes working in accounting, IT, production, purchasing and sales. Most importantly, I have been the owner and Managing Director of a medium-sized manufacturing company, doing business nationally and internationally through several business cycles. I can, therefore, easily relate to the everyday challenges of a Business Owner or Managing Director.

For many companies, a great day is characterized by enthusiastic customers re-ordering product, production running according to plan, receiving supplier shipments without problems, making customer deliveries on-time in-full and new customers and/or projects on their way in to the company. Maybe every day cannont be a great day, but every day can be a bit better than yesterday!
